Qualifications

• Approximately two years of serving experience in a similar full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Weekend availability is required.

• Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to develop strong knowledge of our food, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 33–40 hours per week

The Role

As a Server at Savina’s, you’ll do more than take orders. You’ll welcome guests, help them navigate our food and beverage menus, anticipate what they need, and create the kind of experience that makes them want to return.

We’re looking for people who are warm, composed, team-oriented, and comfortable in a busy full-service restaurant. Approximately two years of similar serving experience is preferred, but not required. If you bring the right attitude, a desire to learn, and genuine care for others, we want to meet you.

Physical Requirements

With or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a busy restaurant environment
• Perform the essential responsibilities of the position during shifts generally lasting six to eight hours
