P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly servers, waiters, and waitresses to join our dine-in team.

No prior experience is required—we will train you to deliver outstanding hospitality. As a core team member, you will understand the menu, guide guests through their dining experience, take and serve orders, and assist with payments while maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming service areas.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.

Job Summary

The dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitress or Waiters are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
