Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a Server to deliver friendly, prompt service in a fast-paced Outback Steakhouse environment. You will know the menu, upsell, and ensure accurate orders while bussing tables.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service, that is guided by each guest’s preference and cues.

• Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu. Recommend, upsell, and reinforcing the customers’ orders.

• Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards.

• Accuracy with guest orders to ensure satisfaction.

• Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete. Teamwork is essential and required by all Outbackers.
