About the Role: As a Server at 1830 Chophouse, you’ll be more than just a menu guide—you’ll be a trusted host, a storyteller, and the face of our restaurant. You’ll guide guests through their meal with poise, professionalism, and genuine warmth, making sure every visit feels like a special occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests
2. Offer thoughtful menu and beverage recommendations
3. Take and enter orders with precision and efficiency
4. Communicate clearly with the kitchen and support staff
5. Maintain a polished, clean, and organized section
6. Proactively assist teammates to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

1. At least 1 year of restaurant server experience (fine dining strongly preferred)
2. Comfortable discussing wine, cocktails, and upscale menu items
