Job summary

Art & Jake's Sports Bar & Grill in Lansing, MI is seeking an experienced Server to join our high-energy team. You will take and serve food and drink orders, engage with guests, and help create memorable dining experiences for families and sports fans alike.

As a key member of a fast-paced service team, you will maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and prep times, communicate orders to the kitchen, and handle payments with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant/server experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk and carry trays for long periods.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems

Job Summary:
