Dave & Buster’s is looking for enthusiastic servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences while providing knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with or without prior F&B experience, able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to thrive in this role and advance within a dynamic company.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.

Responsibilities

Job Description: At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, our Servers serve up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and engage with all guests.
• Be our ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy (Show your salesmanship!)
• Showcasing your extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Process payment transactions and invite our Guests back to the FUN!
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe work area, server section, all while completing the necessary side work
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)
