Job summary

Dave & Buster's in King of Prussia, PA seeks energetic Servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences with food, drinks, and FUN. You will welcome guests, upsell menu items, and showcase beer, wine, and cocktails knowledge while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have or be willing to obtain Alcohol Certification, and can work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior F&B experience helps, but a great attitude and teamwork win the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must (Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs).

Responsibilities

• Showcasing your extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest's needs
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Process payment transactions and invite our Guests back to the FUN !
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe work area, server section, all while completing the necessary side work
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

At Dave & Buster's/Main Event Entertainment, our Servers serve up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
