Tasty Hut, LLC is seeking a Pizza Hut Team Member to support daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will learn your position inside and out and own the guest experience every day, while adhering to Pizza Hut brand standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities include customer service on calls and in person, assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and complying with training programs such as Shoulder 2 Shoulder and Learning Zone courses.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Follows all Position Specific Training Processes Listed on Shoulder 2 Shoulder Training
• Always Puts Customer Needs First
• Promote Positive Restaurant Culture (Live Life Unboxed!)
• Delivers on Pizza Hut Service Principals
• (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile)
• Deliver High Customer Satisfaction Results
• Follow All Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes
• (Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE)
• Completes Cleaning Duties and Sidework Daily
• Provides Excellent Customer Service on Telephone Calls
• Cleans and Washes Dishes
• Assist with Food Preparation and Ready 4 Customer Practices
• Adheres to Employee Handbook and Policies (Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment, etc.)
• Maintains Professional Image and Highly Ethical Conduct as Representative of Tasty Hut, LLC
• Exhibits Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values and Work Daily to Fulfill Mission and Vision
• Other Duties as Assigned
