Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is hiring a Server in Katy, TX. You will greet guests, upsell menu items, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while upholding safety standards.

As a server, you’ll provide exceptional service, maintain a clean section, and comply with alcohol laws. Prior experience helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• State-required serving age varies; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Clear communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and greeting Guests, ambassadors of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest needs.

At Main Event, our Servers serve up great food, drinks and FUN for all Guests! As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’\u2019re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)

• State-required serving age (varies by state); Alcohol Certification, as required
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
