Job summary

The Blossom at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, a Curio Collection by Hilton property in Houston, seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver attentive, personalized service and create memorable dining experiences for every guest. You will welcome guests, take and deliver orders, and offer menu recommendations while maintaining service standards.

You will keep strong knowledge of menu items and beverages, answer guest questions, and accommodate special requests.

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing attentive, personalized, and professional food and beverage service while creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This role welcomes guests, takes and delivers orders, provides menu recommendations, anticipates guest needs, and ensures service is delivered accurately and efficiently.

The Server will maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, daily features, and beverage selections while confidently answering guest questions and accommodating special requests. Responsibilities also include maintaining clean and properly set tables, processing guest checks and payments accurately, following food safety and sanitation standards, and working closely with culinary, bar, and restaurant team members to provide seamless service.

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, attentive to detail, and passionate about hospitality. Previous restaurant, hotel, or upscale dining experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
