Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is looking for servers to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will embody the CPK High 5 and ensure every guest feels welcome.

As a server, you will take orders, operate the POS, and maintain knowledge of programs and promotions. You will follow policies, handle cash, and practice safe food handling; beverage service certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced dining room.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to operate the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain knowledge of programs and promotions to support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and deliver courses in a timely manner.
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain safe food handling practices and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Obtain or maintain state beverage service certification where applicable.
