Job summary

SkinnyFats in Las Vegas is seeking friendly Servers to greet guests, guide them through our menu, take orders, and ensure every table enjoys an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include operating the register and POS with accuracy, maintaining full menu knowledge, upselling specials, keeping your section clean and well set, and coordinating with kitchen staff to time dishes perfectly. Prior customer service experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain food handler and alcohol awareness cards before start date.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to stand for the full shift.

SkinnyFats is looking for Servers to join our Las Vegas team. You will greet guests, guide them through our menu, take orders, and ensure every table has an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include operating the register and POS system accurately, maintaining thorough knowledge of our entire menu including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information, managing the flow of food from kitchen to table so dishes arrive at the right time and temperature, upselling specials and making personalized recommendations, keeping your section clean and properly set throughout service, and collaborating with kitchen staff on timing and special requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Valid Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to stand for the full duration of your shift
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong communication skills and genuine hospitality mindset
