Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Server to support our dining services and provide a warm, resident-focused dining experience. You will assist the culinary team, serve meals to residents, and help maintain a clean dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely utilizing Bickfords process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickfords dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickfords expectations for cleanliness.

Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Server! The Server supports the culinary team who prepares food to be served to our residents in our restaurant-style dining experience called the “Bread Basket.”

FULL‑TIME

• Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for all benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products)
