Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking upbeat servers who guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club with warmth and confidence. You’ll be part of a team that delivers memorable experiences in a full-service setting, using menus, wine lists, and a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 with 6 months of server experience.
• Experience in full-service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 lb and stand up to 10 hours.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Show up prepared, on time, in proper uniform.
• Know the menu and wine list; use the POS system accurately.
• Follow SOPs to prep work areas for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Engage guests, tailor recommendations, and invite them to join our Wine Club.

What You Will Bring
