Job summary

Republic Chophouse in Green Bay, WI is seeking an experienced Server to enhance the dining experience by taking and serving food and drinks, resolving customer issues, and maintaining knowledge of the menu and promotions.

You will interact with guests, manage payments, and support the team during shifts, trainings, and open/close duties while upholding standards of courtesy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry food trays for long periods.
• Must listen well and respond to customer needs.
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor required.
• Must multitask efficiently.
• Able to handle payments and operate a POS system.
• Basic knowledge of service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.

• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and trainings and offer suggestions for improvement.
