The Delaney at Georgetown Village in Georgetown, TX is seeking dining room servers to join our hospitality-focused culinary team. This role provides full-scope serving duties within a senior living community, with day shifts that run 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and weekend availability.

We value teamwork and attentiveness to residents, with benefits including health and retirement plans. Experience in food service and comfort working with seniors are preferred.

The Delaney at Georgetown Village, is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sever to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

We are seeking a full-time and part-time server 11:00 am to 7:00pm with weekend availability.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
• Experience in food service work preferred
