Job summary

Heritage Village is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server to join our culinary team in Gainesville, VA. No late nights and weekend availability are emphasized, with a focus on serving seniors in a warm, community-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include setting tables, taking orders, and delivering courteous service while upholding cleanliness and presentation standards. Prior senior living serving experience is preferred, with a salary of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Vaccination status may be requested for roles in the community.

Heritage Village, is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sever to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community. NO LATE NIGHTS!

We have part-time shifts available must be available weekends

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
• Experience in food service work preferred
• Experience in working with seniors preferred any roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
