Job summary

Groovy GOAT is seeking competent Restaurant Servers to take orders and deliver them to guests, maintaining the quality of our customer service. A Groovy GOAT server will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards.

The goal is to accelerate Groovy GOAT development by providing customers with a memorable dining experience, from greeting guests to presenting menus, taking orders, and coordinating with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Servers must attend tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Promote dedication from customers

Groovy GOAT will be a centerpiece for the Greatest of All Time in food, drinks, sports and games. The Groovy GOAT will satisfy anyone's cravings with a large variety of custom/made from scratch menu items, ranging from sauces and marinades made in house, to wood grilled wings, hand cut steaks, and fresh seafood. We will be home to the greatest sporting events and will be a place for the entire family to enjoy with more than 40 of the top arcade games to choose from.
