Milestone Retirement in Englewood, CO is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You’ll ensure high-quality service during meals and maintain a clean, safe dining environment while supporting a collaborative team that fosters a welcoming community.

The shift is typically 10:30 to 7, with occasional 6-2. A ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable within 60 days; a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred and candidates must be 18+ with all

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification or willingness to get one within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain/hold local/state licenses as required.
• Must be 18+ years old and pass health screenings.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and personable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet residents' dining preferences and dietary needs.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards.
• Assist coworkers to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About The Role

We’re searching a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. You’ll interact directly with residents, families, and coworkers, helping to foster a welcoming and positive community. The shift would primarily be a 10:30 to 7, on occasion 6-2

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment

• Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment
• Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in food service preferred
• Current ServSafe Certification or willingness to get one within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain/hold any local, state, or county food handling/sanitation licenses as required
• Must be 18 years or older, pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background checks
• First Aid certification required
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly

• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure
