Job summary

Milestone Retirement Communities is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents in Englewood, CO. You’ll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant, engaging atmosphere.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, accommodating residents' dietary needs, circulating to assess satisfaction, and upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification or willingness to get one within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain/hold any local, state, or county food handling/sanitation licenses as required.
• Must be 18 years or older, pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background checks.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and personable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.

• Perform other duties as assigned

About the Role

We’re seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. You’ll interact directly with residents, families, and coworkers, helping to foster a welcoming and positive community. The shift would primarily be a 10:30 to 7, on occasion 6-2
