Buffalo Wild Wings seeks friendly, energetic Servers in Elk Grove, CA to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service while answering questions about food, beverages, and promotions.

This role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and reliability, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No prior restaurant experience required, but customer service helps.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals in a timely manner.

• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to provide efficient service.
• Practice safe food handling and follow all company food safety standards.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest ready at all times.
