Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking friendly, energetic servers to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will welcome guests, take orders, make recommendations, and ensure everyone has what they need for an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to deliver friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals in a timely manner.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and promotions.
• Ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to provide efficient service.
• Practice safe food handling and follow all company food safety standards.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest ready at all times.
