Responsibilities

• Treat each guest as if in your own home.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the system promptly.
• Process cash, gift card, and credit transactions.
• Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests.
• Explain and describe menu items and their preparation methods to guests.
• Promptly deliver beverages and food items to guests.
• Provide attentive service by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals.
• Address guest service issues promptly and refer to leadership when necessary.
• Maintain high quality assurance and guest service standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, backup supplies, and comply with health regulations.
• Maintain regular cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently and act as a self‑starter.
• Retain composure, demonstrate urgency and timing, and follow instructions.
