The Honor Bar in Del Mar, a new restaurant by the Hillstone Restaurant Group, is currently seeking candidates to join our service team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented restaurant environment.

Server positions are available.

• The Honor Bar in Del Mar will open in mid-July 2026. We will offer pre‑opening training and may have pre‑opening work opportunities.
• Competitive compensation is comprised of a guaranteed hourly rate equal to $16.90 plus tips. Total earnings may range from $150-$350 per shift, though this range is not guaranteed and actual compensation may vary based on schedule and availability.
• Medical/dental benefits are available after an introductory period.
• Part‑time and full‑time positions available. Some weekend availability is required.
• Great opportunity for professional growth and restaurant operations experience.
