Job summary

Barathaven Memory Care, proudly managed by AgeWell Solvere Living, is seeking compassionate and energetic Servers to join our dining services team in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. Our community is dedicated to enriching the lives of residents with memory care needs, providing a warm, dignified dining experience.

As a Server, you will take meal orders, deliver meals, set tables, refill condiments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room. Flexible shifts and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Similar experience preferable.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently.
• Provides delivery of orders to resident apartments upon request.
• Sets tables with napkins and tableware.
• Refills condiments and salt and pepper shakers.
• Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied.
• Cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room.
• May perform other duties as needed.
• May have their picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
• May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents’ apartments.
