Job summary

Westerwood is seeking a friendly, dependable Server to join our Assisted Living dining team in Columbus, OH. This part-time position supports a positive dining experience for residents with courteous, attentive service in a warm environment.

Responsibilities include setting tables, taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards while engaging with residents, families, and coworkers. Weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to interact with residents, families, and coworkers with courtesy, tact, and professionalism.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living preferred, but not required.
• We will train energetic, dependable, and service-minded individuals.

Job description

Westerwood is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Server to join our exceptional Assisted Living dining team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by providing courteous and attentive meal service in a warm and welcoming environment.

Schedule:

• Part-time

• 11:00 a.m. – 7:15 p.m.

• 3:45pm-7:15pm

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Physical Requirements:

• Mobile approximately 90% of the workday

• Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching

• Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds
