The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a Server to join our team in Colorado Springs. You will interact with guests to provide menu recommendations, take and deliver orders, and ensure a friendly, professional dining experience.

Responsibilities include completing orders in the POS system, handling payments, and offering personalized service while addressing guest needs and dietary restrictions. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are required; lifting up to 35lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends/holidays.

• Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment.

Server Job Description

Our Server’s ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience! Interacting with guests to provide menu recommendations, take and deliver food and beverage orders in afriendly and professional manner. Attention to detail, team player and ability to multitask are what make our Server's successful.

About You:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoyment of family atmosphere.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail, you notice the little details because they matter.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift 35lbs without assistance.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, lift and carry up to 35lbs throughout shift.
