Job summary

Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will recommend menu items, take orders, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their visit.

This role involves processing payments, coordinating with the kitchen and bartenders, and maintaining a clean, efficient service area while respecting dietary restrictions and allergies. Join our family atmosphere and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail; noticing the little things matters.
• Knowledge of food and beverages, including dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, lift and carry up to 35 lbs throughout shift.

Responsibilities

Server Job Description

Our Server’s ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience! Interacting with guests to provide menu recommendations, take and deliver food and beverage orders in a friendly and professional manner. Attention to detail, team player and ability to multitask are what make our Server's successful.

About You:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
