Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment in Colorado Springs is seeking a part-time Server who can deliver exceptional, timely service and an engaging guest experience. You will know the menu inside and out, recommend items, and ensure orders are accurate while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

As a Server, you will handle payments, keep your area clean and stocked, and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Uniform standards must be complied with.
• Teamwork is essential.
• Strong guest-service focus and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests as our ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Show knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and attend to guests' needs.
• Process payments and invite guests back to the FUN.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe server area and complete side work.

As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?*** Welcome and engage with all guests.
