Job summary

Clarendale Clayton is seeking a hospitality-focused server to join our culinary team. This part-time role provides hands-on serving in the community, with schedule that may vary and some weekends required.

Salary starts at $15.00/hour and comes with benefits including 401K match, health, vision and life insurance, PTO, daily pay, and on-site parking. If you are enthusiastic about hospitality and senior care, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.

Responsibilities

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
