Job summary

Oak Hill Country Club is seeking energetic Servers to join our Donald Ross Pub or 1901 Grill team. As a private club, we deliver exceptional service to members and guests, with a focus on creating a welcoming, personalized experience.

Schedules vary, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour plus gratuities, with opportunities for additional hours during events and tournaments.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (private club or fine dining experience is a plus).
• Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for serving others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to members and guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using our Jonas POS system.
• Develop a strong understanding of our menus, daily features, wine, beer, and cocktail offerings.
• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately and presented beautifully.
• Build lasting relationships by learning member names and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
• Work closely with bartenders, culinary staff, and fellow servers to provide seamless service.
• Follow Oak Hill service standards and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Support club events and assist wherever needed to create an exceptional member experience.

Oak Hill Country Club is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our Donald Ross Pub or 1901 Grill team. Position Details

Status: Part-Time, Year-Round

Schedule: Schedules vary based on business needs and may include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Restaurant operating hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with opportunities for additional hours during tournaments, member events, and other special Club functions.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00/ hour plus gratuities.
