Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Server to join our Colombian restaurant team. Spanish is required as the primary language, and basic English is preferred to communicate with a diverse customer base. The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays a key role in delivering an authentic dining experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, attentive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM Monday through Sunday (1–2 days off per week)

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Answer questions about the menu, including Colombian dishes and preparation
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
• Check with customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments and provide checks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas

Qualifications

• Spanish required (must be fluent)
• Basic English preferred
• Previous experience as a server is preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
