The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) seeks a Server to delight guests across our growing portfolio. You will greet guests, explain menu offerings, and ensure exceptional dining experiences. You’ll also perform shift-side duties, maintain clean service areas, and handle the bill and tips accurately. Join a dynamic team with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of serving experience preferred.
• Positive energy and teamwork orientation.
• 18+ with at least 1 year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
• Effective communication with managers, staff, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods with occasional movement.

Responsabilités

• Stay educated on menu items and accommodate dietary needs.
• Perform side work and maintain clean service areas during shifts.
• Prepare final bill, process payment, and report tips per IRS rules.

THE ROLE

In the world of foodie’s – you utterly enjoy studying and offering a mouthwatering detailed explanation of each dish. As a Server, you strive to make each interaction an unforgettable one, having your guests’ running back for more.

What we will ask of you:

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience to ensure all are satisfied with food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to any requests
• Always remain educated on our menu offerings and answer questions about our food, beverages, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
• Perform side work for each shift as required and maintain service areas throughout shift
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income

Requirements for Success:

• 3+ years of serving experience preferred
• Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
• Be 18 years of age or older and at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
