The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a Server to enhance guest dining experiences at our Savannah locations. You will welcome and assist guests, explain menu options, and ensure high-quality service throughout each shift.

Our team emphasizes growth opportunities, a supportive culture, and a commitment to hospitality excellence across 30+ locations. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Have a positive energy and be ready to assist fellow staff.
• Be 18 years or older and have at least 1 year of restaurant or relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand and walk constantly with occasional bending or lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and answer questions about food, beverages, dietary restrictions and services.
• Perform side work and maintain service areas throughout the shift.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report gratuities for IRS reporting.

THE ROLE

In the world of foodie’s – you utterly enjoy studying and offering a mouthwatering detailed explanation of each dish. As a Server, you strive to make each interaction an unforgettable one, having your guests’ running back for more.

What we will ask of you:

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience to ensure all are satisfied with food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to any requests
• Always remain educated on our menu offerings and answer questions about our food, beverages, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
• Perform side work for each shift as required and maintain service areas throughout shift
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income

Requirements for Success:

• Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
• Be 18 years of age or older and at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
