Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in California is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. You will take orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure guests leave satisfied with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include using the POS system for orders and payments, coordinating with bartenders and kitchen staff, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications where required by state or local law.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
