Job description

The Phoenix @ Union Hill is seeking a Bartender/Server to join their team.

Shifts: 11am-7pm for bartending; serving shifts will vary. On shifts you are not bartending, the candidate is expected to help with serving. Weekends, holidays, and evenings are needed.

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services, and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complying with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma / GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full‑service senior living preferred but not required.
