Job summary

The Pizza Next Door in Shingle Springs, CA is hiring a Front of House Team Member for a brand-new pizzeria. You’ll greet guests, take orders, pour beer and wine, run food, and keep the dining area tidy while delivering friendly, attentive service.

Part-time position with tips included. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll have opportunities to cross-train at The Breakroom next door as you grow your restaurant skills in a community-focused venue.

The Pizza Next Door is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House team member to join our brand new pizzeria!

The Pizza Next Door is more than a restaurant to us… it’s literally our neighbor. After years in the restaurant world at The Breakroom, we wanted to create a place that combines everything we love about going out to eat: really good food, a warm atmosphere, a little creativity, and people who genuinely make you feel welcome.

Now, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that vision and help us create a place our community loves coming back to.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands on, fast-paced role where no two shifts are exactly alike! You’ll help keep things running smoothly by:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming dining experience
• Taking orders and serving guests
• Pouring and serving beer and wine
• Running food and helping keep the dining area clean and organized
• Answering phones and assisting with takeout orders
• Helping with opening, closing, and daily restaurant duties
• Working as part of a team to make sure every guest leaves happy

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone friendly, personable, and comfortable talking to people
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Someone who can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Willingness to jump in wherever help is needed
• Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
