PAPAS NEW BUFFALO LLC is opening a new pizza restaurant and hiring for multiple positions across front-of-house, back-of-house, and support roles in New Buffalo, MI. This is an opportunity to contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment where teamwork, service, and quality come first.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, dependable team members with strong communication and customer service skills to help launch a great guest experience from day one.

Competenze

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic math and reading skills for order accuracy and payment handling
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed during a shift
• Dependable transportation may be required for certain positions
• Food service or hospitality experience is a plus

About the Opportunity

We are hiring for multiple positions across the restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and support roles. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy setting, and take pride in delivering excellent service and food, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests in person, by phone, and through delivery or pickup orders
• Prepare menu items according to established recipes, food safety standards, and quality guidelines
• Operate kitchen and restaurant equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle order taking, payment processing, and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
