Cracker Barrel is hiring servers to deliver friendly, country-hospitality dining experiences. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service while maintaining an upbeat, team-first attitude.

No prior restaurant experience is required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know and help you grow with ongoing PAR training and benefits. Join us and be part of a welcoming, communal team that values every guest moment.
