Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate Server at Hotel Wildemont, Autograph Collection, near Birmingham, AL. You will deliver high-energy, guest-first dining experiences in a luxury boutique setting.

Join our team to greet guests, guide them through menus, take orders, and deliver timely, polished service while collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to uphold our elevated standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
