Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living in North Bethesda, MD is seeking an entry-level dining team member with flexible after-school and weekend hours. No late nights and opportunities to learn in a supportive environment.

You'll develop menu knowledge, engage with residents, record orders, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Compensation starts at $17.65 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities as you contribute to a vibrant community.

• No experience required.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have a friendly and energetic attitude.
• Have weekday and weekend availability.

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.
