Job summary

Aegis Living Bellevue Overlake is seeking a friendly Server to deliver quality meals and compassionate care to our senior residents. You will set up and clean the dining room, serve meals professionally, and help maintain a safe, welcoming dining environment.

This full-time role offers a Thursday-Sunday shift from 10:30am to 7:30pm, flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, positive attitude and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong attention to detail in dining room setup and service.
• TB test required (2-step) and prior server experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean dining room for meal service.
• Serve meals to residents in a professional, friendly, timely manner.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Set-up and clean-up of the dining room
• Serve meals to all residents in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Reports all unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment immediately
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Previous server experience preferred but not required
• Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
