Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a part-time Server in Bee Cave, TX to deliver restaurant-style service with a hospitality-first approach. You will interact with residents during meals, accommodating dining requests and ensuring outstanding service in a welcoming dining room.

What You'll Do

• Providing friendly, restaurant-style table service with a hospitality-first approach
• Building meaningful relationships with residents during every meal
• Assisting residents with special dining requests and ensuring exceptional customer service
• Working closely with the dining team to keep the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming
• Helping create a warm, positive mealtime experience that residents look forward to

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
