ESCUELA VIEJA LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an Experienced Server to join our team. The Server is central to delivering a memorable dining experience, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and building rapport with guests in a farm-to-table setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in casual/fine dining or cocktail bars, excellent communication, and familiarity with POS systems like Toast. TABC and Food Handlers certification are required at hire, with opportunities for career growth and

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, etc.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Experience with Toast POS

Pay

$2.13/hour + tips
