Goldbergs Fine Foods is seeking a friendly, fast-paced server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver high-quality service. You will seat customers, present menus, and suggest food and beverages while collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Able to operate a POS and handle cash accurately.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare restaurant tables with emphasis on sanitation and order.
Attend to customers upon entrance and assist with seating.
Present menus and help customers select food and beverages.
Take and serve orders and ensure timely delivery.
Answer questions or make recommendations for items.
Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to fulfill orders.
Resolve complaints with a positive attitude and professionalism.
