Cracker Barrel in Arkadelphia, AR is looking for friendly servers who delight guests with warm hospitality and timely service. You’ll help create memorable moments by guiding guests, delivering meals, and handling multiple tasks with a smile.

No restaurant experience? No worries. We’ll train you on everything you need to know, from menu details to our service standards, while you earn competitive weekly pay and tips. We’re excited to welcome you to our team.

Formación

• Customer-focused hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining a positive demeanor.
