The Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System (SERS) is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join its Bensalem Regional Counseling Center as a SERS Retirement Counselor Trainee. As a trainee, you will participate in a twelve-month on-the-job-training program designed to develop understanding and competence in position responsibilities, and will be promoted upon successful completion of this training period.
