Job summary

Broom Tree Retreat & Conference Center, a ministry of the Diocese of Sioux Falls, is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to help keep lodging rooms, common areas, and event spaces clean and welcoming. This on-site, Monday–Friday role may include occasional weekend hours to align with retreat and conference schedules.

You’ll contribute to a hospitable environment where guests encounter rest, renewal, and Catholic hospitality.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule for occasional weekend retreats and events.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms between retreats and events, including making beds, laundering linens, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, meeting spaces, and restrooms.
• Follow established cleaning and sanitation standards; report maintenance needs or facility concerns.
• Assist with turnover and setup between groups during busy retreat and conference weekends; support hospitality with care and respect.
