Position: Septic Truck Operator

Employer: Royal Flush Vac and Septic

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive, operate, and perform a variety of Vac Truck duties.
  2. Willingness to work with septic systems.
  3. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
  4. Assist with job site preparation and staging equipment.
  5. Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors throughout the day.
  6. Perform minor repairs and coordinate with mechanics.
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Valid Class 3 license with a good driving abstract.
  • Mechanically inclined with ability to perform minor repairs.
  • Winter driving experience.
  • Certifications: First Aid, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Confined Space, CSO.
  • Good analytical, reasoning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to customer service and service excellence.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
