Job summary

Cyclone Septic & Plumbing is seeking a Septic Installer / Equipment Operator to work outdoors, operate equipment, and build high-quality septic systems the right way the first time. Training available for those without septic experience.

We are a family-owned Guthrie company serving central Oklahoma since 2016, offering a Monday-Friday schedule, health insurance, paid holidays, PTO, uniform/boot allowance, and opportunities for long-term careers with room to grow.

Qualifications

  • Construction, excavation, utility, oilfield, agriculture, or septic experience preferred.
  • Heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • CDL is a plus.
  • Oklahoma Plumbing License is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to follow established regulations, procedures, and installation standards.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-minded.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction equipment.
  • Install conventional and aerobic septic systems.
  • Dig trenches and excavations for tanks, pipe, and utilities.
  • Set septic tanks and treatment units.
  • Install sewer lines, irrigation lines, and spray systems.
  • Follow approved system designs.
  • Assist with repairs, and related field work when needed.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Follow all Oklahoma DEQ regulations, permit requirements, and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and required records.
  • Work safely around utilities, excavations, and heavy equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

Cyclone Septic & Plumbing is looking for a Septic Installer | Equipment Operator who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and building high-quality systems the right way the first time.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
